The magazine was published as part of the training set for the program “From Birth to School”.
For organized daily reception of children, educators and transfer to their parents (legal representatives) in order to ensure the safety of life and health of children visiting kindergarten.
To help educators, a uniform form of jurisdiction of the magazine is proposed. The magazine contains columns: the name of the child, the time of arrival, the state of health, the name of who cited, the signature, signature of the teacher, the time of care, the name of who took, the signature, signature of the teacher.
The journal is intended for educators for organized control of daily admission of children in the kindergarten group
