Sergey, Father Masha and Tanya, occupies a high post of deputy minister of education and constantly changes women, some of whom are the peers of his children. The youngest daughter, Masha, is an idealist: she is categorically against her father’s participation in her career and wants to achieve everything herself. She goes to work in a regular school, where she begins an affair with the father of one of her students. The eldest daughter, Tatyana, on the contrary, is happy to use her father’s official position for her career - but is completely unhappy in family life. She starts intrigues with different men, desperately trying to fill the void inside herself.
