During the detention of a criminal, the police major Stanislav Rakitin was forced to use a service weapon. Unfortunately, a random passer -by - the host of the city television channel Margarita Smetanin, suffered from the Major’s shot. A criminal case was opened against Rakitin and fired from the police. Rakitin himself and his friends hope that he will receive a conditional term. But unexpectedly, the court pronounces Stanislav by 4.5 years in a general regime colony.
