To return to the law enforcement agencies of Semenov forces the tragic death of a loved one. Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Mikhailov becomes the immediate supervisor of the newly returned Paul, who was given the task of restoring order not only in the administration itself, but also on the streets of the district.
