1982. Katya Koroleva is an athlete and beauty. She is forgiven for a successful career of tennis players, but suddenly she is under investigation in the fabricated business and is forced to flee from Belgorod to her sister to Moscow. However, all attempts to get out of this situation delay her in an even deeper quagmire. The older sister Anya arranges her a saleswoman in the Porcelain House store, where Katya meets the impressive KGB General Valery Luzhin. Katya involuntarily finds himself in the very center of this confrontation because of a love relationship with Luzhin and Bones Grossman, the son of the director of the House of Porcelain.
