F. Lübker's 'Real Dictionary of Classical Antiquities' is the most famous dictionary of names, terms and concepts of antiquity. The electronic edition of the dictionary contains about 12,000 pages. Friedrich Lübker was a distinguished German philologist and educator. His 'Real Dictionary of Classical Antiquities' has been a staple textbook in German and Russian classical gymnasiums since the late 19th century. Since then the dictionary has been translated into 16 languages and is considered the largest and most reliable source for the study of the culture of Ancient Rome and Ancient Greece. The articles are arranged alphabetically by the Russian spellings of the article titles. At the same time it is possible to search for Latin and Greek spellings.
