The publication includes unrivaled samples of Western and Russian composers' works, which constitute the 'golden fund' of the pedagogical repertoire of the violin class at the Children's Music School.
The project presents music of different styles and epochs (baroque, classicism, romanticism, impressionism, music of the 20th century). The teacher and student will find here pieces of varying degrees of difficulty - from simple exercises for beginners to large instrumental cycles.
These are favorite melodies by Gluck, Purcell and Pergolesi, Debussy, Saint-Saëns and Grieg. Russian composers include Glinka and Tchaikovsky, Rubinstein and Rimsky-Korsakov. The large form is represented by sonatinas and sonatas by Beethoven and Mozart, Lavigne and Schubert. There are also creations by the great Baroque masters (Tartini, Corelli, Vivaldi, Bach, Handel) and outstanding violin composers of the 19th century (Paganini, Wieniawski). For beginners there is a rich selection of simple exercises (bourrées, minuets, preludes), violin arrangements of children's pieces by Tchaikovsky and Schumann.
The media edition offers a number of undoubted advantages over the usual printed edition: it is convenient for selecting works during the teaching process, the possibility of fragmentary selection, and most importantly - a whole library of works by various composers who wrote for this instrument is collected on one medium. When working with the electronic edition, you only need to print out the notes on the topic you are studying from the program.
Compiled by S. Yaroshevsky.
