The course is focused on the formation of a basic level of Russian language proficiency in accordance with the concept of foreign language proficiency developed by the Commission on Languages of the Council of Europe, and provides those who have mastered this course with the opportunity to study at a university with teaching in Russian. According to this concept, the training is conducted in three successively more complex levels, each of which is aimed at solving certain learning tasks.
The second level is focused on the formation and consolidation of grammatical skills, vocabulary learning, as well as on the formation of reading skills and listening comprehension of Russian speech.
