The course is oriented to the formation of a basic level of Russian language proficiency in accordance with the concept of foreign language proficiency developed by the Language Commission of the Council of Europe, and provides those who have mastered this course with the opportunity to study at a higher education institution with instruction in Russian. According to this concept, the training is conducted on three successively more complex levels, each of which is aimed at solving certain learning tasks.
The main goal of the third level, which completes the course of study, is preparation for studying at a university with teaching in Russian. The trainings of this level are realized on the basis of audio and written texts used in the real educational process.
