This project brings together a collection of the most important works of outstanding economists of the 16th-20th centuries. The disk presents works that are included in the golden fund of economic classics: rare translations of famous foreign economists - mercantilists, works of the largest representatives of Russian economic thought, works of authors of the middle - second half of the 20th century, a number of key works on the history of economic thought. The texts are copied with preservation of authentic pagination, but with modern orthography.
The authors-compilers of the project are leading specialists of the Higher School of Economics (Moscow).
