Icelandic moss can have an enveloping, tonic and antibacterial effect. Moss is used in the treatment of respiratory organs: whooping cough, lung inflammation, chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, as a symptomatic agent with pulmonary tuberculosis. As well as with inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, with diarrhea, atony of the stomach and chronic constipation.
Method of preparation and application:
1) brew 0.5 l of boiling water (or the same amount of hot milk) 1 tbsp. a spoonful of crushed raw materials. Boil over low heat for 5 minutes, insist 30 minutes, strain. Take 1-2 tbsp. spoon 4 times a day before meals.
2) 2 teaspoons of dry raw materials pour 2 cups of cold water, bring to a boil and strain. Drink a cooled broth during the day with sips.
Contraindications: individual intolerance.
Storage conditions: Store in consumer packaging in a place protected from light.
The finished infusion is stored in a cool place for no more than 2 days
