Tea prepared from the shoots of lingonberries has a pronounced diuretic, astringent and choleretic effect, like antimicrobial properties, reduces blood sugar. Brusnic tea is recommended for urolithiasis, inflammation of the bladder, articular rheumatism, gout.
Method of preparation and application: 1 tbsp. A spoonful of shoots of lingonberries is poured with a glass of hot boiled water and heated in a water bath for 15 minutes with frequent stirring. Cool, squeeze, the volume of the resulting infusion is taken with boiled water to 200 ml. Take 1 tablespoon of a day.
Contraindications: individual intolerance.
Storage conditions: Store in consumer packaging in a place protected from light.
The finished infusion is stored in a cool place for no more than 2 days
