Lecithin Forte consists of soy lecithin, rich in phospholipids. Phospholipids - bioactive compounds that can be built into the cell membranes and blood particles, preventing a wide range of possible pathological processes.
phospholipids are vital elements in the structure of the cell membranes. It is they who give the cell membrane the properties that ensure the course of cellular metabolic processes.
A group of phospholipids includes: phosphatidylcholin, phosphatidytanolamine (kefalin), phosphatidylserin, phosphatidydilinositis, sphingomyelin and other derivatives.
The most important phospholipid is phosphatidylcholine. It is phosphatidylcholine that is the main phospholipid in the human body.
Fatty sources of phospholipids for humans are fats (vegetable and animals) Fat - organic compounds of complex chemical composition, extracted from milk or animal animal tissues (animal fats) or oil plants (fat or vegetable fats) Their main component is triglycerides (this is what we call “fat”) and lipoid substances that include phospholipids, sterins, etc. Currently, concentrated and refined fats, purified from phospholipids, are currently consumed. The deficiency of phospholipids threatens with serious metabolic disorders. To help restore the disturbed balance will allow additional intake of phospholipid-containing drugs.
In one capsule (1580mg), lecithin Forte contains 600 mg of phospholipids (of which phosphatidylcholine - at least 132 mg).
Phospholipids are capable of:
- positively influence the course of metabolic processes,
- reduce atherosclerotic injuries of blood vessels (normalize the fatty composition of blood, reduce cholesterol, dilute blood),
- positively influence the indicators of lipid peroxidation in patients with coronary heart disease,
- reduce the severity of clinical manifestations in diabetes.
The property of essential phospholipids to restore damaged liver cells determines their effect on the functional state of the organ and contributes to:
- increased detoxification function,
- a decrease in the risk of replacing hepatocytes with connective tissue and obesity of the liver,
- stabilization of the physicochemical properties of bile
