Indications for use of Hawthorn tincture
As part of a complex therapy for:
functional disorders of cardiac activity,
cardialgia,
menopausal syndrome,
asthenoneurotic conditions.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the drug components.
Side effects
In some cases, allergic reactions (urticaria, itching) are possible. With prolonged use in large doses, bradycardia, arterial hypotension are possible.
Interaction:
With the hawthorn tincture is used in combination with the cardiac glycosides (strophanthin, digoxin, etc), it increases their effects, including cardiotonic effect.
How to use and dosage:
Orally before eating. 20-30 drops 3-4 times a day. The course of the treatment lasts 20-30 days.
