Here the birds do not sing, the trees do not grow. Here are excavated and go crazy dosimeters, radioactive ruins flicker with a deadly ghostly light under the dead sky, every breath reduces life for the day, and no protective suits, nor bomb shelter, nor dungeons are saved from radiation sickness. 1000 X-ray per hour - even 30 years after the atomic war of 2012 and the onset of great darkness, the Moscow is completely unsuitable for life with nuclear craters. But the farther from the capital, the lower the levels of radiation, the more surviving people and hungry mouths. And therefore, desperate trails - reconnaissance, earfeds, marauders - will have to go to death raids again and again, in the very heart of darkness, - in search of what? Underground storage strategic stock? Weapon warehouses? Abandoned military bases? Or is something even more important?
