Zarif Aliyev (1923-1985) was the wife of Heydar Aliyev - the first secretary of the Communist Party Central Committee (since 1993) of Azerbaijan and Mother Ilham Aliyev - the current president of the republic, but not only it is famous and not for it was loved and respected in his country by all - from simple workers and employees to party and state leaders, scientific and creative intelligentsia.
