Leonid Schwab was born in 1961. He graduated from the Moscow Electrical Installation Institute, lived and worked in Orenburg, Vladimir. Since 1990, he has been living in Jerusalem. It was published in the magazines "Mirror", "Solar plexus", "Knight", in the collective collection "All at once" (2008, together with A. Rovinsky and F. Svarovsky) The author of the book of poems "Believe in Botanika" (2005) Short List Prize Andrei Bely (2004) Leonid Shvab stands apart in modern poetry, without adjusting to any schools and directions. His lonely effort gives his voice the endless abandoned spaces, sleepless scattering landscapes, where the salt marshes sparkle and the checkpoints remaining from the broken army. Thus, fragments of the grandiose epic are formed, the great empires of meaning - dead, buried in the sands, and nevertheless collected by the lyrical lens to the magic crystal, into the whole "heavenly Chevengur"
