Walter Johannes Stein (1891-1957) is an Austrian philosopher, a teacher of Waldorf school, a research researcher, one of the pioneers of Anthroposophy, Personal student Rudolph Steiner. He graduated from Vienna University. He defended a diploma on the natural sciences, and then a doctoral dissertation on the theory of knowledge in the spiritual world. In 1933 he moved to England. During the war there was a consultant of English services in the occult issues related to Hitler and Nazism.
Walter Stein led intensive lecture activity (up to 300 lectures per year) on anthroposophy and related issues. The author of a large number of articles and books. Since 1945, he worked mainly as a homeopathist.
Walter Stein explored a huge number of medieval historical documents and knightly novels dedicated to the Grade, including "Parsifaha" Wolframa von Eshenbach, and connected all its acting persons with real historical characters. At the same time, he made deciphering the hidden spiritual messages included by Eshenbach to the knightly novel, and thus proved that Parcifal is an esoteric document describing the pictures of majestic experiences that arise in the inner path of human development
