This book is about the life and ascetic ministry in the Niva Archimandrite Abel (Macedonova) (in the scheme - Serafima) (1927-2006), who began monastic service at the age of 18, the former hegumen of the Russian Panteleimon monastery on Athos (1975-1978), rector Poshopupovsky Ioan-Bogoslovsky Monastery near Ryazan (1989-2004).
