Inside each of us there is a source of wisdom, which supports the ability to perform spontaneous, but clear and powerful actions - it is those that are necessary at a particular moment. No matter - we are on tatami, in a meeting room or on a date. We should restore the connection with this source, and we will return to the lifestyle that Wendy Palmer calls the "intuitive state, when we live every moment, on the one hand, relaxed, and on the other - fully included in the existence process.
The author talks about the nature of the embodied action - Irimi, showing how our perception works in various life situations and how they can be managed. In a state of Irimi, we are in such harmony with the outside world, which we do not need to be analyzed, and are able to intuitive solutions for the split seconds and immediately move towards action.
At the end of the book, basic respiratory and meditative practices are given, helping to balance the energy field and develop the ability to concentrate. They can be applied in the proposed form or change and integrate into their own practice
