Wild creature

Josh Beisel (b. 1970) is an American writer and doctor. His first novel “Bay to the Point”, already published in Russian, made a sensation and entered the list of the best novels of 2009, published by Time magazine. “Wild creature” is an action-packed affair novel. By the will of chance, the protagonist, a doctor with a criminal past behind him, was part of an expedition studying the gloomy and mysterious lake in the reserved land of Minestos: according to rumors, a terrible monster devouring people is found in the lake. However, the expedition is just an attempt to shuffle the cards in a dangerous game, which is conducted by the local residents and whose background is the strange and cruel death of two teenagers in the waters of the ill -fated lake
