This brochure is a kind of response from the Russian patriotic intelligentsia to the address of the President of Russia, V.V. Putin, at the Valdai Forum in 2013, where for the first time, on behalf of the supreme power, a social request was made for the creation of a national ideology of the Russian state. The published texts outline preliminary theses for the creation of a new Russian ideological doctrine, the practical implementation of which undoubtedly requires a separate collective effort of professionals in various fields of life.
