This book describes the method of self -studies, sometimes called headlessness or vision, who you really are, invented by the enlightened teacher from England with Douglas Harding. Simple, but deep practices of perception in the form of experiments are offered, directing to this vision in the center of you. The main idea is to direct attention to the fact that/who you are right here, to the fact that you are closer to breath, thoughts and feelings. The experiments are based on the contrast of what you seem to others, and nothing with your true nature, or the container containing the whole world. These two sides are absolutely opposite to each other and at the same time interconnected - the external and internal history of yourself.
The book is very easy and inspiring and intended for interested readers with any level of training
