God is wonderful in His saints, giving us various help through the holy intercessors, healing in illnesses, and comfort in difficult life situations. When turning to the Most Holy Mother of God and the holy intercessors of God in our prayers, we should still elevate our minds to the Lord, remembering that although our prayer is directed to a specific saint, its fulfillment will come from God Himself, who knows better than us and without our requests what is most necessary for our salvation.
For practical use of this prayer booklet, it is necessary to determine the saint to whom you want to turn for intercession in prayer and pray to him, inserting his holy name into the general prayer, corresponding to his rank (if a venerable - insert into the general prayer for the venerable, if a martyr, a great martyr - insert into the general prayer for the martyr, and so on).
"However, you can also pray in your own words, sincerely and simply expressing your requests and gratitude to God and His saints. And this will be pleasing to the Lord" (St. John of Kronstadt).
