Evgeny Yevtushenko was born in a distant Siberian town in a family of geologists. Immediately after birth, his parents took him to his grandmother to the winter station, smelling of "milk and cedars". His childhood passed there. At the age of fifteen, Yevtushenko was expelled from school - for an act that he did not commit, and he went to the workers in a geological exploration expedition to Kazakhstan. Trushing the land with a pick, earned money on a printing machine - wanted to become a poet. And he became them. Fifteen years later, Yevtushenko knew the whole world. Today, Yevtushenko is an honorary member of many foreign academies, he is a laureate of all kinds of literary prizes, his works were translated into more than seventy languages. Dozens of songs are written on his poems ("“Russian wars want?”," This is what is happening with me ... "," And the snow will fall, fall ... ", “God forbid!” And others)
