John Frederick Charles Fuller, English Military Historian and theoretics, in his book Explore the influence of weapons on military art and fate of peoples, shows how the inventive genius of a person can potentially destroy his feeling of moral values and civilization. Having allocating the epochs of the age of valor and chivalry with their swords and spears, the subsequent times of gunpowder, steam, oil and atomic energy, Fuller shows the most influential military innovation of each period. Although the author recognizes that the war cannot be completely eliminated, he calls for a person to restrict the destructive factor of weapons
