The textbook presents the methodology of an integrated approach to warehousing management, starting with the design of the warehouse network and ending with the optimization of logistical processes in the warehouse. Students will get acquainted with the basic methods of solving problems of storage logistics, the examples will learn to form a warehouse network of the company: to choose a rational strategy for storing stocks, to optimally place warehouses and organize their supply. Examples of design and optimization of warehouses are given using optimal volume-planning solutions. Copyright developments on the management of the logistics process in the warehouse are given. Students will learn to apply tools to optimize warehouse management and solve problems related to the formation of a warehouse network. Settlement and analytical material complement sections on automation of warehouse operations using WMS-CNCIEU. There is a glossary of the main storage logistics terms.
