The book is a full catalog of illustrated open letters with the views of the city of Vyatka, released from the end of the 19th century to 1918, more than 700 mail cards systematized according to publishers who published them in chronological order are presented in the catalog album. All cards are given in full size. The typology of the address sides of the cards is given.
