Voloshinov, Bakhtin and Linguistics

The book is devoted to the study of linguistic ideas contained in the works of outstanding domestic scholars of the twentieth century. Mikhail Mikhailovich Bakhtina and Valentina Nikolayevich Voloshinov, first of all the world famous book Marxism and the philosophy of language (1929) The place of the book and the articles adjacent to it in the world science about the language of that time, its attitude to the leaders in those years schools and areas of world and domestic linguistics are considered.
