The monograph is based on the results of fundamental and clinical studies conducted at the Institute of Pharmacoinformatics of the FIC Informatics and Management of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In the process of working on it, a comprehensive analysis of the effects of the effects of vitamin D was carried out, which took into account the results of epidemiological, clinical, biochemical, molecular biological studies of this vitamin-gormone. These results were obtained using modern information technologies for intellectual analysis (Data mining) of biomedical data, searching for relevant scientific publications, building accurate recognition algorithms in bioinformatics and the latest algorithms for processing the so -called ultra -large data (Big Data) On this basis, fundamental scientific facts about vitamin D are streamlined into a harmonious system, which allows us to draw non -obvious conclusions that are important for conscious and efficient use of vitamin D drugs as a powerful and versatile tool in everyday clinical practice.
In the second edition of the book, fundamental studies are complemented by the results of a dose -dependent chemotranscript analysis of vitamin D and such important clinical apparatuses of vitamin D, such as therapy of papillomavirus infection, inflammatory intestinal diseases, thyroid dysfunction, pain and thrombosis. The most representative and generalizing analysis of evidence -based research is given, indicating the dosages of vitamin D preparations, effective and safe for therapy and prevention of a wide circle of pathologies.
