Visual gymnastics for classes with preschool and younger school-age children. FGOS

The manual is intended to assist educators and parents in the formation of hygiene of the organ of vision and prevention of eye fatigue in children of preschool and primary school age. A description of the complexes and each of the exercises indicating its meaning and improving effect, justifying the place in the structure of the complex. There are options for plotting support of four complexes of gymnastics for the eyes, which can be drawn by pictures shown on posters.
