Ninth century. Principality of Ladoga. Before Ancient Rus is still a hundred years away, but it is already beginning. And it begins right here, in the Principality of Ladoga, where after three and a half years of wandering and battles, Ulf Hvit, the White Wolf, born in the twentieth century and finding himself in the ninth, returns. He fought in France and England alongside the legendary Ragnar Lothbrok and his sons. He won, lost, and regained what was lost. He has a new nickname and old friends ready to die for him as he is for them. Together with them, Ulf came here, to Ladoga, to find his missing king, whose death he still did not believe.
