Veterinary sanitation. Textbook for universities

The textbook "Veterinary Sanitation" includes theoretical material on the basics of veterinary sanitation, including at enterprises for the production and processing of raw materials of animal origin, as well as the impact of environmental factors on living organisms. The educational manual is aimed at developing skills in students to improve sanitary and hygienic indicators of animal husbandry, ensure their veterinary-sanitary well-being, productive qualities, and biological safety of products. It is intended for university students studying in the field of "Veterinary Sanitary Expertise" (bachelor's degree).
