The life of the great Russian scientist Vladimir Ivanovich Vernadsky (1863-1945) is beautiful and surprising, is a sample of wholeness, saturation of higher spiritual interests, moral responsibility. His activity connects different epochs in the history of Russia. He powerfully moved all the sciences of Earth forward, which led to a new understanding of society and personality. He created the doctrine of the biosphere and the mind in nature, gave a new idea of time and space and, therefore, opened a new natural science, which only today becomes clear by world scientific thinking. His time came. In the new millennium, we never need his extraordinary ideas about the eternity of the life and cosmicity of mankind.
