Vaginal surgery: A guide for doctors

In recent years, in the leading gynecological clinics of Western Europe, North America, along with an increase in high-tech operations, there is an increase in operations performed by vaginal access.
This is caused by the best postoperative results, relatively lightly tolerance of patients with these operational interventions, as well as a cosmetic effect - the absence of a scar on the front wall of the abdomen.
The widespread use of vaginal operations with compatriots is constrained by insufficient possession of their technique in Russia. To fill these difficulties, we considered it necessary to publish this work. It is based on many years of authors" experience and on the generalization of these literature on this issue.
