The meeting of the works of an outstanding Russian scientist and engineer V.A. Kotelnikov was prepared for the 100th anniversary of his birth. The fourth volume included the 1st part of the classic two-volume textbook "Fundamentals of Radio Engineering", written in conjunction with A.M. Nicolaev on the basis of the lecture course of the same name, which V.A. Kotelnikov read at the Moscow Energy Institute (MAI) in the 40s and 50s . last century. The 1st part published in 1950 (linear radio engineering) and in 1954. The 2nd part (non-linear radio engineering) was an encyclopedia of engineering theoretical knowledge on the radio engineering of that time. On this textbook, many generations of students of the MASs and other universities studied both in the USSR and in the PRC (both volumes were published there in Chinese).
