This self-teacher is intended for those who are independently studying the Uzbek language. It allows you to develop the speech skills necessary for communication and reading simple literature, and to master the basics of grammar: the lessons of the self-teacher acquaint you with the grammatical features of the language, as well as with commonly used conversational vocabulary. Mastering it, you can easily handle any situation when communicating directly with the residents of Uzbekistan. To quickly memorize common speech constructions, carefully read the collections with lexical material, which is accompanied by transliteration (a thematic list is provided in the table of contents). In each lesson of the self-teacher, you will find descriptions of lexical-grammatical categories of all parts of speech, exercises for memorizing the material studied, texts using active speech structures. At the end of the book, there are lesson keys for checking the exercises done. The lessons of the self-teacher are supplemented with a dictionary, which can be used to translate unfamiliar words encountered in the exercises. The book also contains information of a country-specific nature, which will undoubtedly be useful during a trip to Uzbekistan.
