The leadership considers the urgent problem of modern reproductive medicine - the treatment of infertility associated with the uterine fibroids.
Contemporary data on etiopathogenesis, epidemiology, histomorphological manifestations of the Euro, their connection with infertility and disorders in the gestational period are presented. A review of diagnostic methods used to clarify the characteristics of the myomatous process is given. Infertility treatment algorithms are described using surgical techniques and extraperational fertilization procedures. Practical tips for conducting infertile patients with a myoma, taking into account its manifestations, reflected in the classification of FIGO, the age of the patients and the state of their ovarian reserve, as well as the accompanying indications for extracorrectal fertilization.
