Urban movements in Russia from 2009-2012: on the way to politics

Even before the emergence of the For Honest Elections movement in many cities of the country, social movements developed, scale and scope comparable to Bolotnaya. How they were formed, why some of them became such a massive and weighty, which was able to achieve the resignation of the governor or stop major business projects?
