In the proposed book, a hundred and thirty-one letter of Russian writers Prince Alexander Borisovich Kurakin (1752-1818), whose originals are kept in the princely archive, they are all published for the first time and represent considerable historical and literary interest. These letters are presented in twenty-two sections, each of which is dedicated to a separate writer - I.I. Bogdanovich, G.R. ID Roszavin, D.I.Fonvizin, M.M.Hraskov and others. In the boundaries of each section, the letters are placed in chronological order. Returning letters of the prince himself, if they are among his papers, are published on vacations and placed between letters according to chronology. As applications, seven unknown works of Russian poets, whose manuscripts were between the papers of the prince are separate sections
