A general approach to the study and solving interval decision -making problems has been proposed. Its basis is a "parametric" interval of the interval problem and the concept of a universal solution, which meets the initial target requirements and satisfies the initial restrictions with the least non -wax. The fruitfulness and constructiveness of the approach is shown on models of linear algebra, final optimization, theory of matrix games and the tasks of stabilizing controlled systems.
