The thematic training is designed to prepare ninth graders for the Unified State Exam in social studies. The book contains tasks on seven thematic sections: "Man as a result of biosocial evolution", "Society", "Sphere of spiritual culture", "Economy", "Social sphere", "Sphere of politics and social management", "Law", as well as a section dedicated to working with illustrative material. The manual includes: 10 sets of tasks in the format of the Unified State Exam for each section, texts and questions (tasks of high complexity level), answers to all tasks, theoretical information. The sequence of material placement corresponds to the logic of studying the social studies course in middle school and is optimal for independent exam preparation. The "Economy" section contains tasks on financial literacy. The teacher can use the training materials at various stages of the lesson in 8-9th grades to prepare students for the Unified State Exam. The manual will also be useful for organizing distance learning.
