This manual contains methodological materials designed for effective preparation for an oral interview in Russian. Speech technique tasks, grammar exercises, diagrams, algorithms, text samples will help examinees learn to read the provided texts with the correct intonation, retell them by adding the specified quotes to their retelling, create an oral statement in accordance with a specific type of speech, construct monologues correctly depending on the purpose of the statement, engage in dialogue with an interlocutor while observing norms and rules of communication, present and argue for their point of view in a dialogue. The manual is intended for students in the 9th grade, teachers, and methodologists.
