Unexplored crime: monograph

The monograph analyzes the specific legal and statistical nature of unsolved crime. It is shown that unsolved crime is an independent criminological phenomenon that requires a separate study. The parameters of unsolved crime are established, the mechanism of its determination was investigated. Based on statistical information, it is proved that the real disclosure of crimes is several times lower than officially declared. As a result of the generalization of domestic and foreign scientific developments, independent criminological studies, measures are proposed on the strategy and tactics of counteracting undisclosed crime.
