This is a book about how unreal in the economy became real and dominant. Such a transformation is a consequence of the dominance of speculative capital, which naturally ended with a deep crisis of world economy. To get out of it - it means to return to the world of real values, returning the economy its natural purpose - to serve the interests of the development of the productive forces of society, based on improving the production, creative and creative potential of a person with a support for scientific and technical progress and not forgetting social purposes. The study of problems that occur in the global economy and Russia is devoted to this book. It consists of two independent, but interrelated parts. In the first part, the process of globalization in the global economy, systemic contradictions and limitations of which led to the global crisis of 2008-2009 were investigated. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the consequences of the global crisis for Russia, overcoming which determines the choice of the neo-industrial strategy in the socio-economic development of the country.
