The proposed publication was developed as part of the master"s program "Civil Procedure, Arbitration Process" and intended for in-depth study of the civil procedural law system and one of its elements - types of civil proceedings.
It is recommended to the educational association for the legal education of higher educational institutions as a tutorial for students of higher educational institutions learned in the direction of "jurisprudence" and specialty "jurisprudence".
The manual includes six topics, each of which consists of theoretical part, practical tasks and literature. The theoretical part the concept of the type of civil proceedings is disclosed, the question of the criteria for its determination is considered, the overall characteristic of production types is given, the procedural features of consideration of certain categories of cases are analyzed. Practical tasks are based on real court cases and provide for the use of active forms of learning in the educational process. Recommended literature can be used for self-research work
