At the basis of the plot of this book - the correspondence argument about the fate of Europe and the whole world in the middle of the 20th century with a very popular author - Vladimir Bogdanovich, Viktor Suvorov"s writer) Vladimir Novozhenov decided to call V. Rubna to discuss the content of his work to find out who actually initiated the launch of the Military Machine Adolf Hitler. Almost all the works of Rubna-Suvorov assure us that this is the USSR and his leader, Comrade Stalin. The author of this book tries to arguely prove that this is not true, calling the real patrons of Hitler.
This literary work differs from numerous works of critics of Rubna-Suvorov primarily by the fact that the author, avoiding the emotional assessment of the Suvorov concept of the aggressive nature of the USSR, leads its reader to understand the deep roots of the preparation of the two world wars of the last century, in which it is impossible to assign Soviet people and his leadership
