Turtles. Maintenance, diseases and treatment

In the book of D. B. Vasilyeva, the leading herpethologist of the Moscow Zoo, a veterinary doctor, a member of the International Association of Veterinarians, practicing with amphibians and reptiles (ARAV), describes the diseases of the turtles in captivity. Special attention is paid to the proper content and feeding of the skulls as the main factor in the prevention of many diseases. A significant part of the book is devoted to methods of general and laboratory diagnosis of internal diseases, therapy and surgery of this exotic group of animals.
Therapeutic schemes, data in the appendix are the most complete today and apply to the treatment of not only turtles, but also other reptiles.
