This publication of the book is supplemented by modern data on the epidemiology of tuberculosis, the history of phthisioophthalmology, differential diagnosis, the clinic and the treatment of eye tuberculosis. For the first time, the developed method of etiotropic chemotherapy of patients with relapses of eye tuberculosis was presented, information on systemic and local pathogenetic therapy, as well as the reversibility of the subclinical forms of toxic-allergic effects on the visual-frozen apparatus, is significantly expanded. Changes were made to the grouping of contingents of patients with tuberculosis of the eyes in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 109 dated 03.23.2003
