The manual contains information about the clinical picture, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the most common human diseases found in tropical countries, as well as about modern drugs used for their treatment.
Tropical diseases are included insufficiently considered or completely absent in publications of similar subjects, as well as parasitic diseases, which are traditionally part of tropical medicine.
The recommendations for preventive vaccination and chemotherapy are presented. The book was prepared mainly on the basis of WHO materials and recommendations, modern data from world science and practice and adapted taking into account the experience of Russian specialists.
There were also used personal observations of the author with experience in endemic foci of Russia and the countries of the tropical climate. The publication is intended for doctors, cadets of postgraduate training of doctors, students of medical universities, as well as for all specialists working in the field of tropical medicine and parasitic diseases.
The leadership can be useful to go to countries with a tropical climate, as well as all travelers and tourists regardless of the region of a tourist trip
